- Customer Patience Meter Check: Every customer has a patience meter (red/orange bar over the head). If it reaches zero, the customer will leave unbought and you lose money. The number one cause of loss of patience is long queues at checkout. That is why, upgrading your cash counter is always a good idea!
- Heed Audio Signals: There are different sounds for empty shelf (a kind of “alert” sound) and waiting customer at checkout in the game. Being aware of this can help you to act on time.
- Idle Income Is a Perk: When you’re not playing, the door keeps giving. Nevertheless, the main growth is in the active plays. Consider the idle income as a little treat when you return.
